For anything about your account, or that you'd rather not share publicly, email support@gamestd.io. We're a one-person studio, so a reply may take a few days.

What to Include

The more we know, the faster we can help. Please tell us:

1. Which game you're playing.
2. Your platform and device: your browser and its version, or your phone model and OS version if you play on mobile.
3. Your username and the login provider you use (for example, Google or Discord), if the problem is with your account.
4. What happened, what you expected instead, and the steps that lead to it.
5. Screenshots or a short video, if you can.

Before You Write

Many problems go away with one of these:

• Reload the page, or close and reopen the app.
• Update your browser, or update the app from your app store.
• Try another browser, or turn off extensions such as ad blockers.
• Check your internet connection. Our games are multiplayer and need to stay online.
